    I purchased AceMoney under my account and paid using my wife's Papal. They put the License in my wife's name and not mine so I emailed and put in trouble ticket with no response. Now when I try to login to my account a screen pops up on my computer saying I am blocked. I put in a trouble ticket in June 1st 2024 and still no response. Since they screwed up the name and im blocked I want a refund. I will no longer be using their products. This is the worst company every.

    Years ago I purchased a license key from ********************** for their Ace Money software. I recently tried to find the key in my emails in order to install it on a new pc, but I was unable to find it.After finding a help article on MechCADs support website indicating I could recover my key by contacting MechCAD, I submitted a ticket as directed. For reference, the article can be found here: https://support.mechcad.net/knowledgebase.php?article=37 I received a response to my ticket indicating that my 2 year support had expired and that I had to pay $20 in order for MechCAD to send me my license keya product which I had already paid for. No where in the help article on their website was there any mention that I had to have some sort of ongoing support subscription plan.This is utterly appalling and customer exploitation. ********************** which I already paid for shouldnt be locked behind a paywall if I lose the license key. All I ask is that ********************** provide me with the license key.
