    This is not regarding a health issue of the provider himself. This is regarding the office staff and billing. I *********** has charged me a copay every time I went in for my annual exam and my paperwork clearly says that I am not supposed to be charged for that because it is covered by my insurance. Another issue is that his office has charged me a lab fee indicated in the attached documents, however, my labs are covered by my insurance 100% so any fees should be sent to my insurance instead of charginf In the attached documents, Gio is telling me to contact Quest Diagnostics but it is his office that has been charging me the fee not Quest. To my knowledge, this office owws me approximately $55 and this includes the copays for the annual exams as well as the lab fee that should have been submitted to my insurance. It may not be a lot of money but it is to me and it is about the principle. The Dr. there is really knowledgeable but it is the staff that is a challenge. I did explain to Gio that it is OK with me if they give me credit for this amount that I could use for future services. Thank You!

    we have reviewed the files, and the lab fee pertains to the drawing of the blood, this ensured that the patient didn't need to go to the actual lab to drawn her blood.   we offer this options for a convenience to our patients.  please have the patient call our office and we will give her a check for the $55 or we can mail her the check.
