I have found a new veterinarian around the corner from my home, when they asked what I did the office manager over heard me say I just started with the Welcome Wagon and she came over and asked if I could meet with her after I registered my dogs. When I sat down with her, she said they are under new management and that the Welcome Wagon was the most successful advertising they ever did; could I come back to meet with owners so they can sign up in my neighborhood. That is good business! The ** may not work for all but it certainly does work for many...

Horrible company - signed up for monthly service in Jan.2022. However, service didn't start until March - they screwed up on their marketing and weren't able to get delivered to addresses until March 2022. Artwork was approved 1/11/22. My monthly amount was agreed - March 2022, then statements from April 2022 onwards had an additional $45. Tried to cancel service in November 2022. I can't cancel until the 1st year is over. I never agreed to yearly - I was sold a monthly contract so I could cancel at anytime. that's clearly not the case.

With a Closing Date on a new property coming soon, I was contacted by Welcome Wagon from XXXXXX to congratulate me on my new home. After many phone calls and multiple emails to **, I finally received a call from a supervisor. He wasn't able to give the source of my personal information as it would violate privacy policy. Really????? That's my entire complaint. My real estate transaction is not public knowledge until after Closing. Someone shared my information to ** and they are using it for profit. Heads up advertisers.....I will not use any advertisers on this website as my consumer privacy rights have been violated. I can understand AFTER closing when the transaction is a part of public records, but NOT BEFORE. Welcome Wagon sweet marketing campaign to allegedly help consumers is a scam for profit. Icing on the cake from your Customer Review Submission Terms: "I have not received any monetary or other compensation or financial incentive to write this Customer Review" HOW IRONIC SINCE THAT IS THE ENTIRE BUSINESS MODEL OF WELCOME WAGON. ANOTHER ONE....I COULDN'T LIST THE ** phone number as it is confidential information!
