  Koala had to come back after they did my insulation because I felt absolutely no difference in how cold it was in my house. I called them damn near 6mos straight before they sent someone back out to inspect the previous job. The guy who inspected was ****. He said they did a terrible job! Which I already knew. Fast Forward..they came out reinsulated but left the drippings from whatever they used to seal the insulation holes up running down my brick in a straight row in about 9 spots it's white dripping and looks terrible. Now I have to figure out how to remove it.im not going to waste my time by asking them to do it but I did send them a pic asking what it was. They replied " it'll blend in with the concrete." I'll never use them again

  I really wanted to have a good experience with Koala. After a few years of frustration with noise from the condo above my unit, my wife and I met with multiple companies about adding insulation. Koala was confident that using their Rockwool installation, they would reduce noise by "50% to 75"(their words). My wife and I said even 25% would be fine, and we negotiated a $5,000 cost (plus another $2k for paint from a painter) to add blown in rockwool to our ceiling.It's been almost a year, and I can say with confidence we've seen ZERO (0) improvement in noise. We reached out to the franchise (koala sw *******) and they were not helpful. Even though they guarantee their work, if you look at the contract it says any of their statements can be considered "puffery". Meaning, don't believe anything they say, it's just sales talk. Over 2 months ago I reached out to corporate for a solution, I would accept ANY help at all. I was given an email for their head of operations, who went on to ignore my emails. Since then I followed up with them via social media, and though promised a response, none came. So now here I am, writing about how I flushed $7,000 down the drain and the company couldn't care less. There a million companies that will blow in rockwool/cellulose or any material you can buy at *********** I'd take your business somewhere else.

  The crew from Koala Insulation of North Broward & Boca just finished adding insulation at my house. From the very beginning of the process , up to now, the company has been very professional and on time. My attic was not the easiest space to get up into, i know I have been up there, and they were able to apply the insulation properly. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
