    I received a bill tried calling them they cannot answer a telephone or return phone calls. I feel as though im being scammed since my insurance company and my dr keeps telling me i paid them. I am very disturbed by this since this is my first bill and im being threatened with collections after paying the bill four times prior at my drs office. I dont even think this business is legitimate since what type of business doesnt answer a telephone during working hours. They are disgraceful and have no manners in running a business since usually businesses have people who will answer a telephone

    We spoke to this patient a few hours after her initial voice mail. She was confused about a small bill she received from an ancillary medical providser . After our conversation she seemed quite content.

    I had surgery at a hospital on November 7, 2022. The hospital, doctors, facilities , etc were all in network with my insurance. I met my out of pocket maximum for the calendar year also. This office keeps sending me bills. They will not return my phone calls. The other day the guy on the phone called me a b**** and hung up. My insurance told me I have no member responsibility. They are putting this into collections, but refuse to talk or cooperate with me in any civil manner so I can resolve this bill. I have left several voice-mail messages and nobody has returned my call yet. This office is run in a very unprofessional manner.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Our office tried to communicate in a civil manner with this patient. I personally spoke with the patient and did not, nor do I ever use foul language.

    Unfortunately, she was belligerent and continually used foul language in our phone call.

    I have been in business for a very long time and will not be subject to verbal abuse, therefor, after our initial phone call I did not accept her phone calls and communicated via U.S. mail.

    The issue with the out of network patient responsibility was resolved and this case should be closed.
