    Complaint: 20041539

I am rejecting this response because:
I still have not seen paperwork with my signature that shows I attended longer than I can remember attending, the collection agency will not show me, and the school states they dont need to do anything for me, the second charge that emergency education acknowledges was a mistake is still on my credit profile, I was told 40% of attendance  would be from the date I started to February 27, the school states that they have proof I attended until February 21, and if thats the case. Wouldnt that still be under 40%? The documents sent over that were sent to the collection agency I have attached above it shows the date of determination February 27 Last date attended February 21, but no signatures to show attendance as they state , I just need clarification on is this something that is rightfully mine to possess or if its just a mistake on their part
    Sincerely,

ing for a week and have not gotten a response. Every time I called the school they say they are too busy with students to Assist me

    Business Response

    ***********************

In response to ***************************** complaint letter, I refute those allegations. Attached is ****************** Enrollment which he signed and consented to. A copy of his Refund Calculation is also attached, which shows that he attended over 40% of the program. In the Enrollment Agreement and the School Catalog (also attached/ page 55) it indicates the attendance over 40%, results in no refund given to the student. He was well aware of this policy, as indicated by his signature and meeting with the Admissions Representative.

We are not a Title IV school, therefore we do not offer any ***************** Aid. We are a private school and have in-house financing. Although we allow the student to finance the program, they are still responsible for the entire program cost. The fact that ************** dropped out before paying off the entire balance, does not alleviate him of his financial responsibility. He attended over 40% of the program and is still responsible for the remaining balance.

As for the two (2) different amounts turned into the collections agency, we did make a mistake and submitted to different amounts initially. However, this was corrected and the correct amount was reported to the collections agency. I have attached a copy of an email between the collections agency, my assistant, and the Registrar, indicating this correction. He still owes a balance $1,295.62.
