  Wow, I was just about to call them to sell , install , and take away our old toilets. After reading these 3 reviews I'll take my chances elsewhere... I'm not a customer

  Dishonest about pricing and charges. Before even introducing himself, made me sign a form so that he could 'come into the house'. Came out to snake an outdoor drain around the pool that was clogged with leaves. Said he could snake it, no problem. Comes back after talking to his manager and says we should really jet it (Pressure clean it). That takes expensive equipment and is $325/hour with a minimum of 2 hours. I asked how much it was to just snake it, he has to call his manager again, but says it will only take ***** minutes to snake the drain. Comes back with a $450 quote to snake it, that's $900/hr in labor charges. I ask him to explain why the hourly charge would be more to snake with less expensive equipment than jetting, he doesn't know. I call the main number, they put me on hold for 5 minutes and explain snaking is a $325 set fee, not $450 and I must have misunderstood him. A bunch of liars. I've been taken advantage of plumbers previously, so now I have zero trust after the price mysteriously changes. She decides she'll have them leave and I won't be charged the $85 service fee for coming out. Then she calls back and because I signed the form, they will charge me and if I don't pay they'll send me to collections. Now they're using scare tactics. A bunch of crooks, no surprise now reading all their terrible 1 star reviews.

  The customer was quoted by the tech when onsite the hourly rate to pressure jet the line (which has  2 hour min) of $325/hr. Due to the debris in the line our professional recommendation was to pressure jet the line to properly clear the debris. The customer told my tech to "Go F*** yourself".

  The statement about the $450 is false - we do not have a price of $450 to snake a line (When the customer called the office she said she was quoted $425 to snake the line - so she is changing her story to suit her claim). The price to snake a line is $325 for the 1st hour if we can clear it with the snake. The $85 service fee was advised when scheduling. The customer was advised if we come out and they do not have work performed they are responsible for the $85 fee.

  Hi ******** The exact same thing happened to myself last week .I had them come out and do a backflow inspection , and received an quote to replace or repair the said backflow. The cost to replace was $1425.00 and to repair was $685.00.The unit in question is only 2 years old so I did an investigating as to how muck a new one would cost ,and was surprised to find that I could purchase one between $240 to $480 , and a rebuild kit would set me back $65 what a rip off I think they should be held to account for their actions and be investigated I certainly will not be recommending their services to anyone
