    Think twice before you use this company!! We had several problems with them doing the job properly! They painted my rock waterfall about 5 shades too dark when I gave them the can paint of the exact color I wanted them use. And when I asked them to please repaint it the color I had originally gave them they were very rude and acted like they did me a favor by repenting it. When they filled up my pool there was tons of discoloration on the walls and the chemicals were completely off-balance. They insisted it would look better when they filled up And the chemicals were added. Unfortunately there was so much discoloration on the walls and the pool begin to start scaling they did not want to take care of it at all!! I begged them to come back and they did one time and didn't Rectify the problem. At that point they referred me to have my weekly pool guy take care of it. I got 3 different opinions from pool companies that said the pool was not done properly and to call the company back. I did and unfortunately They tried to blame it on the color I chose for the walls. However they never told me that when I picked it! Unfortunately, they would not help me because I was 2 months out of my 1 year warranty!! I spoke with the owner ****** who was very aggressive and RUDE!! A man that is in for the money but not for the customer **********************!! At one point of our conversation he told me he owned 9 different businesses And then I realized he is not a real pool company that is concerned about customers and taking care of pools . Shame on you BRISA POOLS you will lose in the end because nobody in my family will ever refer you
