  Do not purchase from GPR. They received payment in 8/12/23. I had not received my order as of 8/21/23. Called and spoke to ***********************. Miraculously a shipping lane was printed as we were in the phone. **** sent tracking information. It was an additional 3 days before it was introduced to the mail system, only because I called to cancel the order. I also emailed to cancel the order. Oddly enough, two hours after I called and emailed to cancel, my shipment was in the mail. Received my shipment, and it was the wrong blades than what I ordered. Called to notify them of not only had I cancelled the order, they went ahead and shipped the wrong blades. As luck would have it, I had to leave a voicemail (twice) to have them get their blades back, and I receive refund. Will continue to try.

  This is the worst company I've ever dealt with online. They will not return calls or emails.They do not ship next day as it shows, I have proof.I orderred a ******** Riding Mower Replacement Belt which is 5/8 x ***** I received some genric belt I can get anywhere that is 5/8 x 35"And yes .25" does make a difference when you do not have an adjustable clutch.I did not get what I ordered, the part number ******** .So don't waste your time trying to contact them or getting parts, who knows what you will get with no way to return it.

  Worst place you can order your belt from ever never shipped my stuff had me pay for it can't get in contact won't send nothing I highly recommend never buying from this place I will be in contact with my credit card company to get my money back

  I placed an order from this company on May 16, 2023. The company charged my credit card for the order and of today (6/20/23), I have still not received my order. Ive called the company many times and was either put on hold, directed to voicemail or stayed on the line until it finally hung up. *** left my name and phone number went sent to voicemail and never got a response that way. Ive emailed three times and no response that way either. I tried their online chat service and no luck there either. I did receive an email a couple of days after I placed my order saying that the package shipped, but when I contacted ******** With the tracking number they said it wasnt in their system only that a label had been printed. I would either like my money back , but would really rather have the parts that I ordered from the company.
