    Closed on the house on March 25th. Per addendum, the builder was supposed to fix two windows that are in inoperable condition and unable to open/close. 2 months later this has not been fixed despite me following up on the issue. This is posing a vast safety hazard in case of emergency, as well as violating building code, as there is no way to exit the house through window in the middle room as well as front window in the living room. Builder is also in the breach of contract, as the issue has not been fixed as agreed within 5 days after closing.

    We purchased a home on ** ***** ***** in Crawfordville Florida on 23 March 2023. Before purchase and after, we sighted an issue with the pocket door rubbing against wall, causing the paint to be scraped off. This is due to the door being warped in the middle. After some time of calling/texting them about the issue, the door was finally replaced on 11 May 2023. However, the new door that they replaced it with was also warped. This causes rubbing on the door, and when painted, would rub the paint off like the original door would. I again contacted them via calls/text to get this replaced and they said they would be working on it, when I last verbally spoke with them on 30 May 2023. I have not heard anything from them all the month of June. I have been patient as I know they are in the process of building other homes. I simply would like to be updated and the door to be replaced with a door that is not warped.
