    Cody did an amazing job on our concrete slab and retaining wall! I was impressed with just how great it all turned out. I would gladly have Cody back to my home for any handy man type work I may need in the future. His wife does all of the invoices and some of communication with customers and she also did a great job. Overall, we couldn’t be happier!

    Cody, owner of Smoyer Solutions, has been working on some projects on my 30+ year old home (including painting, replacing the shower wall in my master bathroom, installing a new kitchen sink, installing new fixtures in my kitchen and bathrooms, and replacing ceiling fans and light fixtures all over my home [inside and out]). His work is professionally done and he always leaves the areas he’s been working on so clean, no one could tell that anyone has been working there. I’ve been very pleased with his work. I highly recommend him for any project that needs work in the home.

    Same as guy below here. Broke two contracts didn’t slope patio away from house. Did not communicate and made up reasons why he couldn’t finish a job. In the end it took 18 days and all I got was a capped patio with water going forward house. This guy is taking advantage of everybody.

    *** **** ******** wouldn’t finish the job after 3 deadline extensions, wouldn’t keep their word, made empty promises, charged a fortune, and broke his own contract countless times from day 1. Then proceeded to demand more money from me after I wanted to terminate the contract. I paid 65% up front, only 50% of the work was completed, horribly I should add, and he’s demanding more money?! Then after I tell him I won’t pay him more, and I won’t sign the do not sue form he wants me to sign, he proceeds to take me to court. Don’t worry, if this is settled in court I seriously doubt this will be a business for much longer, as I have piles of evidence against him, including a witness he hired himself.
