I am rejecting this response because:

I have already submitted this information and the young lady started telling me I was a contractor. I am in no way a contractor and she failed research the branch of the Department of Defense. SCRA {50 USC 39014043}, certain United States Citizens serving with armed forces of a nation with which the United States
Is allied in the prosecution of a war or military action. This is also part of the short cut you left out that I received from the Department of Defense within my organization.

this is a federal law not a law to adjust as pleased or to accommodate a personal interest.

the orders are attached and was submitted for the young lady to state the information in the letter she sent. Understand, the largest employer in that area is a maintenance contractor and that’s all they know wither hear the word contract/contractor. Every federal agency has different departments within the same organization, just as a bank has a loan department or customer service department. No regular civilian or even our president has the level of security I have. This is based on facts. What I do can be discussed one on one but not on an open website. All the branches of the uniformed service falls under my department. Our allies need me and so do our troops. It would be an honor if the child who made this decision could have made one to serve her country too. I am also a veteran.

      Sincerely,

      ******* ***** ******

oring countries. Ivy Mason, told me certain backs have different uses. No bank can interpret Federal Law to fit their organization under the law. I have been with this bank since 1985, and the changes since the new name has been a disaster. If they refuses to abide by the federal law, I have no option except file a complaint with the Department of Justice and my local attorney general’s office. DCMA is part of The Department of Defense like a department in your bank. The law states if the item or loan has been active for one year prior to deployment. You can let your lawyer look over it and at that point we will have a legal case moving forward.

This section specifically lists the armed forces, the commissioned corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the commissioned corps of the Public Health Service. This section further defines armed forces as the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force, and the Coast Guard. This financial institution keeps allowing charges be placed against my accounts, both savings and checking, that are there solely for the purpose of paying off a loan I have with them. I have contacted them repeatedly, apprising them of the situation each time, and they refuse to do anything to clear the situation and keep charging me NSF fees for their incompetence. They never return any calls or emails when messages are left. If it doesn't benefit them, they apparently don't care about it and will not do any work in their customers interest.

A Member Service Representative (MSR) will be reaching out to Mr. ***** today. All In Credit Union has refunded fees. The reason for the savings account fees is that a Dish bill was trying to clear the
account. The fee in the checking account was due to AD&D insurance trying
to clear. The MSR will provide Mr. ***** with a phone number to call AD&D if he wishes to cancel the extra coverage.
