I am seeking assistance with a refund of my $100 deposit. I had to leave for a medical emergency regarding my daughter in laws early labor on 6 Sep22. I sent a Facebook message and called and left a voicemail explaining why I couldn't make the appointment. The owner stated that I need to provide documentation but won't tell me what kind of documentation. I've called multiple times and she won't answer or return my calls. I would like a refund.

All appointments on a booking website require none refundable $100 deposit to hold a spot for a client. It is disclosed in policies/terms & conditions that deposit is none refundable. Clients have to accept terms in order to make an appointment. It's also disclosed that any appointment can be rescheduled at any time 48 hours prior it. So, there is a chance for that spot to be filled in. If medical emergency arise paperwork is required to be provided explaining the absence of a person. (disclosed on website)

This was a second appointment for this client made on the website. This was second time she accepted terms/conditions. Proof can be provided.

Yes, she called/messaged and let me know she won't be able to come.

Later that day, in the evening, she asked to reschedule her appointment. I explained that appointment can be rescheduled 48 hours prior, per policies, unless it's medical emergency where paperwork is required. We exchanged a few messages back and forth after which I had to use bathroom. Once returned I found many missed phone calls and messages from this client threatening to leave me a bad reviews, to complain about me to BBB etc. When I explained that I had to use a bathroom and couldn't answer her calls, she called me dumb. (I can provide proof of this)

After being threatened and insulted I couldn't communicate any further. Threads are never a good way.

For the paperwork, any paperwork from doctor/nurse who could write that she was attending a labor of her daughter in law. Perhaps similar to what children get after seeing a doctor during school hours.

I don't believe deposit should be refunded as I didn't violate anything, but stood by the rules of my firm. As it would not be fair to other clients. I firmly believe in that.

I have over 100 5 stars reviews, I truly care for my clients and want and always try to provide absolutely best service with best results possible.

If you need any additional documents, proofs, screenshots I can provide those.

Thank you for taking your time reading it.

    ***Document Attached***

Here are a screenshots from our conversation. As well as screenshots of how many time this client scheduled, REscheduled and accepted terms and conditions.

If people are not agree with terms and conditions of this studio they don't have to schedule their appointment. They simply can use others. No one forced to schedule their appointments, however, once scheduled they expected to follow terms they agreed upon. There were more screenshots of multiple rescheduled appointments, I couldn't fit all of them.

    Thank you.
