      Continual cancel/change appointment times-5 times in three months. Inquired about cost of replacing rechargeable batteries, a month ago $299, then a week ago $900. Under warranty , wife had battery changed, was given loaner hearing aids, which fell apart just after leaving office. Also inquired why rechargeable batteries couldn’t be changed in office? Answer: Because people were swallowing them—HUH! It’s very frustrating to do business with this particular office. I’m in hopes things will change somehow , I might mention that myself and my wife have spent over $24,000 with Beltone ($5,000 insurance coverage included).

      My wife and I made appointments with the Panama City office. This appointment was changed by the office 4 times before we finally got in for hearing aid adjustment. After getting in and adjustments made we went home, to only to find adjustments did not take. We made another appointment, but we just got a call to move appointments, 4 days from now. We spent thousands at this business and expect a little consistency with scheduling. Every time we are there the office doesn’t seem that busy!
