      My kids have been unrolled with Crossroads Christian school for years and last year I started having issues with communication with the director of this school Kristi ********. I've been emailing countless emails as well as trying to call the number she has listed it rings once and goes to a busy signal. She will from time to time respond to my email and then after being in a conversation with a few emails she stops replying again. I paid her for my kids being in this school and may others are saying the same thing I need help getting my kids records and credits the last email I received from her was 4 nights ago at 2am which she started telling me she is having issues with her email this has been going on for a year now. I just need to see what is going on and what steps I need to take to get some much needed answers this is my kids education and not to here from her and her not reaching out to parents if her email isn't working she should call us as we paid her for our kids schooling and I need to know legally what to do if she fails to respond in timely manner. She sent me an email May 20th 2024 and told me my kids packets were safe and she was processing them and haven't heard anything except a few nights ago asking me when did I send there packets after replying and sending her the past email she stopped responding.
