My husband ordered me a $70 flower arrangement with a $20 delivery fee. The arrangement was picked directly from their website. When the arrangement arrived it looked nothing like the website. We have called multiple times and have been told we will recieve a call back. This was 3 days ago and have not heard anything. After looking at google reviews this company has done this to many customers. They are scamming people!

My husband ordered me flowers on February 2nd for delivery on Valentine’s Day. He went to Friendly Florists webpage and picked the bouquet that is shown, and then upgraded it to the deluxe.
1st issue: they never showed up on Valentine’s Day, even though we had to confirm someone would be there to sign for the delivery. They didn't even bother with a simple phone call to let us know it wouldn't be until late Saturday morning before they could deliver.
2nd issue is obvious. When asked why there is such a stark difference between what is featured and what was delivered, the response was "the website is misleading" but it is THEIR website! Then she told me that just because that bouquet shows $75, that doesn't mean that's what you get. You start at $75, then they subtract the cost of the vase, cost of bow, cost of labor etc... and then you get a bouquet with whatever funds are left out of the original amount. I feel those costs should be factored into the selling price? The lady told me to leave the bouquet and they would refund the cost. Then later that afternoon told me they wouldn't issue a refund at all, but would remake the bouquet. The second bouquet is still horrible. They refuse to offer any other assistance to correct the problem.
