  Stickman tree service was called for a job by my neighbor I live on a private drive only 3 houses. My neighbor called them to have a tree removed and while they were leaving in their large truck they ran over my water meter my husband watched them as he was sitting on our porch. They had one person behind the truck backing the driver up and ignored the blue flags. When they pulled off we noticed water was puddling out of the ground then water started shooting 20 ft in the air. We got the water company out to fix the damages they caused. We got in contact with our neighbor to find out name of company that he hired. We contacted them the next day then waited on the bill to come in to know the charges the lady at Stickman tree service said she would take care of the damages and they would contact the water company themselves. They have not still I spoke to the lady again today she lied said she didn’t say that and they would not bc we don’t have proof I informed her my husband watched them run it over again. $317.22 is the fee

  Unfortunately there are several sections of this complaint that are false. Our company wasn’t contacted about any damages until approximately a month after the alleged incident. According to the complainant, they watched our crew back out of their driveway, guided by another worker, watched us back over their meter, 20’ of water shot up, and yet no one stopped us or saw this fountain of water. After the month went by and they got in touch with us they admitted they had no proof and didn’t see the water coming up until the following day. The local water company advised me that they weren’t called until nearly 2 days later and advised me not to pay their water bill if they didn’t have sufficient proof. If we break something we fix it, unfortunately for them we don’t entertain claims of damage after that much time has passed (about a month). I’m going to gather our phone call records to show that I didn’t receive a call from them the next day and that it was, in fact, much longer than that that they waited.

  I am rejecting this response because: They were notified  and I sent pictures from the truck tires over my meter.  

  We gave the water company the info they asked for when they came out to fix. They took the name and number from the neighbor of the company that was called out. They said they would bill Stickman tree so while looking through their calls they can also look for ************  
  I did not even ask for their service didn’t call them out.  they ran over my meter, called me and my husband a liar. After the lady at Stickman tree service already said she would call water company and pay for it.   It’s taking so long because trying to get a company to be honest and pay for their mistakes is very difficult and frustrating. 
  And my husband watched them run it over it didn’t spew out at the moment it’s was puddling it was the next day it was spewing 20ft

  Unfortunately our company wasn’t contacted until about a month after the incident and as our phone records will also reflect, no pictures were ever sent of tire tracks.
  If we had been contacted in a timely manner we would have gone out and assessed the damage and proceeded accordingly. Not only did our local water company advise us that the circumstances were suspect on their end, but we officially have photo evidence that you’ve lied on social media and here on the BBB platform thereby discrediting anything you say.
