    They just want your money. We paid for a guaranteed manatee experience. Pictures on their website showed people swimming in relatively ********** with multiple manatees. The guide managed to corner one and steer it into us repeatedly. We could only see 12 inches or so and Almost had to be touching one to see it. Touching one is actually illegal so ethically I don't think that they were doing the right thing. I'd be quite surprised if that one manatee wasn't bumped two or three dozen times. We are in no way happy with the experience. I asked for a refund on FB and posted warnings to others at which point they apparently blocked me. I told them I would file a BBB complaint if I didn't get a refund so blocking me can only mean one thing. The company and their staff are highly unethical. I will be reporting them to the state as well.
