    Details as to the Claim;The amount paid to the business $975.00.The company, DAI Services LLC, committed to create an architectural drawing for a driveway. On January 14, 2025, we hired DAI Services LLC, to create an architectural drawing for a driveway. Per our agreement, the service was to be completed within a reasonable timeframe. However, despite multiple attempts to obtain the completed drawings, we have only received repeated delays and excuses.Given the companys failure to fulfill its contractual obligation, we formally request a full refund of $975.00 within reasonable timeframe, however, the company has ignore our request. We made them aware that we will explore all available legal and consumer protection options, including but not limited to filing complaints with regulatory agencies, the Better Business Bureau, and pursuing legal action in small claims court, if necessary, but it seems they do not care as no answer has been made from DAI Services LLC. This is way we are seeking your help with this matter.
