    I took my Lincoln Aviator to Lincoln of Cutler Bay for a 4th recall and issues with the sensors. I was told everything was resolved after being there for a week. I had a gut feeling that something was wrong. The Lincoln app confirmed the recall was never completed. I had to drive 2 hours away to another dealer for a second opinion, where they confirmed the recall, and sensors were still active. A service *** even told me the sensor would reset totally incorrect. This is negligent and dangerous. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

    Extremely pushy sales people will call late at night 30+ times over 2 weeks with no response from customer. Will keep calling and leaving messages at inconvenient hours

    I can’t express how disappointing the service is at Lincoln of Cutler Bay. I trusted this dealership with my car. The employee change all of my settings for steering wheel, window. radio stations including Sirius FM. Blew one of my speakers. The base was change to high. Drove more than 20 miles in my car. Use a portion of my gas. Left my car dirty. White Glue and damage the seal around the trunk. My car was already detailed and clean before I dropped it off. Two of the services were not completed. They ask me to give them a 5 star. One of the service advisor was really rude. The service manager does not care about the customers. Very sad they continue to treat customers this way. So unprofessional. The dealership has not reach out to me or email me with an apology.
