  Good morning,

  I just got off the phone with *************************, he is one of the individuals listed as "Owner" in this LLC.  I recorded the conversation on my phone. He told me that the subject in question, *******************, has disappeared and he has had no contact with him for about a month. (******* phone number **************).

  He said the **** took him for about $10k and stole his laptop. He stated that he filed a report with Miami Dade. He said he met him about a year ago (halloween last year, working at a carnival) and they became friends. They were going to open a business together (this current business) and do security on cargo ships. ***** said he was also contacted by a ***************** whom **** also took money from. 

  ***** is concerned because his name is associated with the company and he does not want to get into trouble for stuff the **** did without his knowledge. 

  *********************** DOB is 10/14/1992. His SSN is 300-98-3882. His address is unknown at this time.

  oney back, now he is not responding. I am sending a letter of demand (10 day letter) to his registered agent address, also his personal address requesting money to be returned. I have screens hots of all of our conversations. His web site is not longer viewable. I have a lot more info that I can really get into in this complaint. I have others from FB that I have been on contact with who actually left their jobs and never received assignments to ship but I think some were able to get their money back. I will continue to gather information on my own. I am former cop (St. Louis ******************* of almost t26 years). I feel like an idiot for being taken advantage of, but it happens to the bet os us I guess. I am continuing to investigate him with the sources I can while in ******.

  Hello my name is ************************* a year ago i met ******************* and we spoke about we opening a security business so he opened Black Knight I wanted it to be an host company. about 6 months ago ***** grabbed some stuff and my laptop and said he will be back in a couple of days he said it was business related so i believed him. 2 months passed by and i called him to see what was the update he never answered phone i have tried texting him and multiple phone calls and nothing. He left and he kept taking money from people using the companies name and my name attached to it im currently trying to take my name off it through sunbiz but im a bit low on funds. i didnt want any of this to happen to anyone. i currently work as a security for a small company in ***** ******* im trying to restart my life.
