Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if you are a NO SHOW. If canceled less than 24 hours prior to your tour reservation 50% will be charged. If the tour is cancelled by MEC due to weather or airboat mechanics, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Any partial or full payment for a tour shall constitute consent to all provisions of the Miami Everglades Connection Terms and Conditions.
