    In September of 2021 This vendor coated my driveway, front walk, garage floor and lanai with Polyaspartic concrete coating guaranteed for 15 years. in April ******************************************************************************** June of 2022 I started texting him that the discoloration had returned. He never replied. I texted him and wrote him many times over the over the next year. Asking for him to help me fix the issue. I didn't even say he had to pay. But, he stonewalled me for a year.I finally called another vendor of the same franchise and they repaired the issue in October of 2023. It still looks great.Either the original vendor did a poor job or used inadequate materials to solve the issue. Subsequent to the repair I asked the vendor to pay half off the repair costs. He continues to stonewall.DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL VENDOR. YOU WILL GET A POOR JOB AND NO FOLLOWUP!

    Liquid Floors installed floor coating at my business, providing me with a lifetime warranty for the product and installation. Since the floor was put down I have had nothing but issues with it coming up from the concrete. Furthermore, it was to be a non-slip floor but it is very slippery when wet. The owner/installer will not repair my floor and this floor cost me over $10,000.00. He stole my money as he has not ever provided me with the proper floor and refuses to return my calls to repair it.
