On 6/26/2023 ****** Rio and his company installed a new roof at my house.i paid him in full $7000 and he has refused to give me paid receipt for the $******* time passed I forgot to pursue receipt .but now ************************** wants a paid copy of paid bill since citizens paid the roofing company $7000.****** Rio refuses to give me the paid receipt.Business Response

have signed contract on 2-10-2025 with a ****** ********** signing **** said he would get it done in two to three weeks.its now two months later and no show.called him twice since march still nothing done.he keeps saying the product is going to be delivered but nothing shows up.Business Response

I have been in contact with the materials supplier and they said that the materials will be ready at the end of this week. On May 5, 2023, the contractor completed a project that included vinyl siding and a new window. On or about June 16, the first day it rained after completion, the window leaked substantially. The contractor sent someone over to fix the problem. The next time it rained, the window still leaked and the contractor sent another person over to fix the problem. This process continued for several months, as I needed it to rain to determine if the window leaked. The problem continues. I have over 50 emails with the contractor trying to get this matter resolved. On March 29, 2024, The contractor asked if I was available that week to have something, but he did not say what, happen. I said Thursday. No one showed up or called and my emails to the contractor went unanswered. I gave the contractor three more weeks to fix the problem and no action has been taken and there has been no further contact from the contractor. My contact has been ***************, the president of the company. The total cost of the project was $10.4K The window accounted for approx. $700 of the total. I would like to have this window made watertight or have it replaced with a window that is.Business Response

In late May, I submitted a complaint against Liquid Roofing and Construction regarding a window that had leaked for a year. You folks worked out an agreement with ***********************, the president of Liquid Roofing and Constitution, that he would refund the $700 I paid for the window. I agreed to that resolution. To date, I have not received that payment. I apologize for not having specific information regarding the case number, etc., but the information seems to have been deleted by my computer. I would apprecaite any effort you could make to finally resolve this matter. You should consider this complaint to be open until I receive the $700.Business Response

Gave the company a50% deposit($4,975.00) on 10/18/22. Was told 2-3 weeks for job to be done. Received call from ************ on 10/28and he told me he was pulling a permit and that work would begin in 2 weeks.Talk to *** on 11/9/22 he said he would have some answers for me by 11/14 or 11/12/22. He didn't call me so I called him on 11/18 which he was agitated about me calling him and told me about material delays again and he'll get back to me. Left message for him on 11/28 asking for an update. After sending emails. Texts, and messages because he's not answering my phone calls numerous times since then and now 12/1/22 and have not heard back from him or the company. At this point I'm hiring another company to do the work as I don't trust them to do the job responsibilities as they can't even return phone calls.. I expect my deposit to be refunded to me.Business Response
