    Freedom installed the solar system in my house, including battery backup. During summertime, the battery overloaded, ****** came to my house on 08/09 and turned the system back on the system, but explained that he needed to come back to install a device at the power box to avoid this from happening again. He mentioned that I needed to wait for a couple of weeks and someone would contact me. Nobody ever contacted me, I attempted to contact them several times, with no response for most of the time and when they respond and say that would let me know by the end of the day or would contact me to make an appointment but never contact me back and keep ignoring the follow up email. It has been 3 months and contacting them is a waste of time, it is just ignored. My concern is to let it go and at summer time it will happen again.
