    I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an incident that occurred in your parking lot last month, where my vehicle was damaged due to the reckless actions of one of your intoxicated patrons. As the incident took place on private property under your management, I hold Dania Beach Casino responsible for the damages sustained.I promptly reported the incident to your security team, expecting a proper investigation. However, rather than assisting in identifying the responsible party, your security department hindered the process, making it more difficult to obtain the necessary information. As a senior citizen, I find this lack of accountability and customer support particularly disappointing.Due to this incident, I had to pay $500 out of pocket to repair my vehicle. I am formally requesting reimbursement for this amount, as the damage was a direct result of inadequate oversight and an intoxicated patron on your premises.     The Casino @ Dania Beach provided assistance to the guest, investigated the incident, and called **********************. Unfortunately, we have no way of identifying the individual who left the scene of the accident. Car accidents in the parking lot are the responsibility of the car owners. We do our very best to provide assistance and the best customer service we can in every given situation. Thank you.
