Dear Ms. ****************** is the second complaint you have submitted through the Better Business Bureau.
We take all accusations seriously, especially those involving claims of fraud. As we discussed during our phone conversation, if you believe you have valid proof, we strongly encourage you to pursue the appropriate legal channels.
However, we must also note that we have documented evidence of you attempting to use your proof to pressure one of our representatives into covering the cost of a new roof. When we respectfully declined, you began harassing and threatening our staff, demanding cash payment. Due to the severity of this conduct, we are considering legal action.
Summit Restoration has built its reputation as one of the fastest growing restoration companies in ******* through honest work and professionalism, not by damaging roofs or engaging in unethical behavior. We are focused on delivering quality service, not engaging in baseless disputes.
      Sincerely
      ******* *****

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to addressing and resolving any issues our clients experience. We want to clarify the situation and provide you with accurate information regarding the work performed by us:

Regarding the Drilled Holes and Blue Tarp:
Our team performed work at your property under industry-standard protocols to address damage mitigation. The drilled holes were part of a drying and restoration process, which was explained during our initial consultation and agreement. Regarding the tarp, we regret that it was left on longer than expected. Typically, such tarps are removed after completion of repairs or upon receiving a specific request from the homeowner. We were not notified that this removal was urgent, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

      Permit and Licensing Concerns:
We operate under valid licenses and complies with all local and state regulations. Our projects comply with permitting requirements where applicable, but not all restoration work requires permits.

      Status:
We understand your concerns and want to clarify our efforts to address this situation. Although you decided to drop the case, its important to note that we have not been compensated for the work we performed to restore your property. Despite this, we have agreed not to charge you for the completed services.
Our team, including ****** ********, has reached out to you multiple times on a recorded line and via text to understand how we can resolve this to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, we have not received a response.
In good faith, we even offered to send a technicianat no costto cover the small holes we created during the drying process. Our priority has always been to ensure your property is fully restored and to make things right for you.
We remain committed to resolving this matter amicably and are available to discuss this further at your convenience.

      Sincerely,
      ******* *****
