    I’m not happy with my experience. I was an insurance agent for all lines of insurance for 15 years until I went into training insurance agents to be successful. Now that I am no longer in sales I needed someone to help me get quotes. I reached out alto 4 Corners. After a bit I got an email from Monique. No call just an email. I answered and waited a few hours and nothing. I called and asked for her but she told the front desk person to tell me she’s busy and will email me the quote. I was not happy to not speak to someone so I sent an email with specifics on what I was needing. I got an email a few hours later, not what I had requested and the. Las info was completely wrong. No personal contact whatsoever. I emailed back the CORRECT info on claims (I have all info to backup from my current cart tier) I also reminded her of what I specifically asked for that was not provided… no response. Definitely not good service! I will not be providing Monique with my business.

    Thank you for your comments regarding your experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to control claims reporting from prior companies. At the time of the call Monique was helping another client and was unable to take the call and emailed you the information you were requesting. The quote was sent in a timely manner, and you were able to speak to several people at the office. I apologize if you felt the level of service was not superior and we will strive to do better next time.
