I met with Rob A***** of CNC Home services on January 13, 2022 to do some repairs on our mobile home. Before any work was discussed I was very clear with Rob that I was on a time crunch because I was a Canadian resident and if the repairs could not be completed in a timely matter then I would wait and return in the fall of this year when I had more time. Rob assured me the job could be completed in two weeks. I agreed to the contract on January 14 and Rob received a down payment of 2500.00 Rob showed up January 26 to start jobs at my home. Two weeks later when bathroom was complete I paid the remainder of the quote because jobs were almost completed with a few touch ups that Rob said he would address and complete. At this time Rob had informed me that he was waiting for glass that he had ordered to install in my shower and when it came in he would fix shower floor and install glass. The glass needed to be cut a certain way as he had added a ledge in tile on bathroom wall. He previously told me glass was in and he just had to pick it up. On March 20 I sent and email asking if glass was in and about an electrician bill he agreed to pay. He messaged
