    No type of customer service. Paid for my first box never received a tracking no type of tracking on the site. There is a customer service Snow ***** that states oh theyll email you its been over 24 hours nothing I request a cancel and my money back since they have money back guarantee still no email. They should be taken out of business such a scam

    On Jan 28, I received my 1st **** box, I paid $69 for it as I had recieved a % off my 1st box.. I was highly unsatisfied but my daughter decided to keep the box. It comes with junk basically! Stuff you'd find at dollar stores! A small $5 frozen print bag, *** imagineink pad that you would pay $4 for at the dollar store, 2 ****** pins, a pack of children's bracelets you'd probably find at dollar store for $5, and a pair of ears that had a smaller ****** tag on the side looked like knockoffs.... However I had decided to cancel. I searched their website over and realized they are nothing but a scam.. no phone number or even an address just a pregenerated chat with Snow White.. I never recieved a cancel link in the email and they just charged me $99 this morning and I can't afford it and don't want another cheapo box! I would rather place a $100 order from the ****** store a month then to order from these people!!!

    Although you had missed the cut off date for cancellation I completely understand your frustration.  I have processed a refund for your most recent box and made sure that your subscription has been cancelled.  You will receive refunded funds back to your account within the next few business days as the bank processes the request.     My mom Purchased a six month subscription for me for mother's day on May 4th 2023 costing a little more than $300. When I when on the site to see when my first box was going to come it said I didn't have a subscription, so I contacted customer support. A few emails back and forth I was asked to send a copy of the charge made to my account more than once which I sent after blocking all information that was not need by them. First email no answer. Contacted again emails back and forth and pic of charges sent. Still nothing, can't find me subscription. Now they are asking for the last 4 number of the card I used to look up my subscription. I feel like I need to talk to a person on the phone not email. Very poor customer service.

    We were able to help your mom out yesterday per the emails that we have been sending back and forth.  I do apologize that there was a glitch in the system which is why it was so difficult to actually find any record of payment and what was explained to your mom by email.  A refund was issued per the emails sent back and forth.  You should be all set, but please keep in contact with our support team if there is anything that we can help out further with.

    Waltlife: Bad/ No customer service .Purchased a Star Wars subscription box in aug 2022. Received several boxes and decided to cancel in November 2022 due to Bad quality of items ( dollar tree stickers and such ). Was NEVER sent a cancellation link after I asked several times on the click to chat button so I skipped the month. Again was charged full price for December 2022. Tried again to cancel my subscription three times and still haven't received a cancellation email from them . I find it convenient that they will respond after a complaint has been made with the BBB and payment is stopped via Bank chargeback. Bad business practices.

    I have been unable to cancel Monthly subscription box. I have sent several requests to cancel via the chat button with no response. I have credit card issue purchase decline for the last several months due to their no response to my request. I would like the company to cancel the box and stop charging my credit card monthly.
