    We had windows and a sliding glass door installed at the end of December 2022. We recently discovered that one of the locks on the slider does not work properly. I have been trying to reach Jason L***** since May 31 with no success. I have texted him, left voicemails and sent an email requesting that he contact me ASAP to rectify this problem - no response to anything! We also have a case going with ******* ** ***** in Sumter County involving the general contractor Mr. L***** used because the contractor didn't return to finish some issues with shoddy caulking and also to install caps on the screws in each of our 9 windows - this is something we can't do! The contractor's name is Dan F******** per Mr. L***** Mr. F******* has been terminated but still needs to honor his contract with us.
