      I had my windshield replaced 11/9/2023. I noticed some distortion in the glass on the driver's side but thought it was minor and not a big issue. I usually only use my car to commute over an hour to work and back. In February **** my wife and I got into my car and she sat in the passenger side. She told me that the glass didn't look right. I sat in the passenger side and noticed when you look straight out, the glass looked distorted and had a waving pattern. The distortion was not very visible from the driver side but sitting on the passenger side it was visibly noticeable and very uncomfortable to look through. I contacted Orange Blossom Auto glass about the distortion, and they sent out a person to look at it on 2/14/24. The person acknowledged the distortion and had me send the video I took to him as evidence. On 2/22/24 I was contacted by Orange Blossom Auto glass and notified that no warranty claim could be completed because the person who looked at the glass found two new points of impact on the glass. I read through the warranty information provided online by Orange Blossom Auto Glass and did not find an exclusion for warranty claims based on impacts found. The company states that they will replace windshields with OEM glass free of defects. Based on the fact of the distorted glass, the windshield had several noticeable impacts in a short time and was easily damaged, that the glass is not in fact OEM glass free of defects and should be replaced by Orange Blossom Auto Glass.
