    Avoid Aloha AC at all cost. The company offers bunch of untrained employees who deliberately sabotage your AC units, in hopes of getting a new contract to install a new system. Please read the other reviews left by their victims. Incompetency is not bad enough to describe the technicians workmanship. They had to check my AC unit 13 times during the first 2 years of installation. I had a leaky air handler an no heat. All because their untrained technician did not know how to attach the wires to the thermostat! After their last maintenance service!!! The technicians taped up the air handler’s cover and claimed that the system is rusty and there’s a Freon leak in the unit!! So, I hired another technician to check the unit and they found a chocked up Freon pipe that one of the Aloh’s technician deliberately sabotaged the Freon pipe. Even in case of an emergency, do not call these people.Their Customer Service is a joke. After calling and emailing the manager, ***** to compensate me for deliberately breaking my unit, his answer was we will only refund 1/2 of your last maintenance service fee. I had to purchase a new AC because of their deliberate act of breaking my AC unit. so I asked several times to get a call back from the owner, *** *****. He is never available, he didn’t return any of my calls or messages. Florida’s Attorney General should investigate these shysters’ for their predatory practices. The BBB should not rate them anything but an “F” based only on their business reviews! Please take a look at their reviews on google, yelp, … Their business lacks; Integrity, Transparency Telling the truth And few more key components of BBB’s standards. I have already contacted my attorney to pursue these bad apples. Looking forward to the day that these *********** are out of business.
