  I am disappointed with the lack of information regarding the payoff amount and last payment date for my vehicle. I am also uncertain about the registration status of the title in my name. Despite making payments, I have not received any updates on the remaining balance.

  Date: 10/23/2024

  (1) Regarding registration - every person renews their car's registration annually with their state's DMV. The car was registered to her on 3/23/2021 - which she must know since the dealership hand delivered the tag + registration to her. She has had to renew at least twice since then.

  Not sure what Autobank's responsibility regarding the status of her registration would be once the car has been registered in her name (in 2021)?

   

  (2) Anytime a customer requests payoff balance, we immediately reply verbally (if it is done on the phone) and follow up with a 10 day payoff notice via email.

  I show that one month prior to this complaint - on 7/29/2024, I had an email thread with her, including payoff balance response. Here is a copy of that email thread:
