    This company is in charge of obtaining and closing out our ** permit with AirPros. We installed the ** unit in October of 2022 and are now selling our home in September of 2023. We are just finding out that this company never even pulled the permit for the work done and it is showing as an open permit in the Citys system. This is going to affect the sale of our home, potentially costing us over 100k in loss if the home doesnt close. We have called and spoke to *****, the owner, over 15 times and have been told every time that it is being done that day. And still, the city has never even seen the plans to process a permit. This is absurd.

    I am writing to complain about the services rendered by the owner (********************************************) of the company MBM Team Permitting, LLC . Her services started out professional but as time progressed her services and professionalism began to dwindle and decline. During the duration of closing out the permit was not met but unacceptable, displeasing, unprofessional and dissatisfying. In the amount of $2185.00 was sent over to ******************************* on 04/07/2023 via Online payment. After speaking with her on the phone she states to me " I will be out of town" this is after receiving my deposit. After not hearing anything from ******************************* for about a week, I requested for a REFUND. She responded the next day, and said that she has started the RETURN Process. I then Spoke with Ms. ******** from Square-Up who stated to me where she does not see any Refund being Processed or reversed but I do see where she received your FUNDS in the amount of $2185.00. ******************************* also stated that Square-Up sent out an email to her on 04/17/2023 for the REFUND process. Truly there was not one single email sent out to ******************************* about the REFUND, Ms. ******** rebuttal. Later on that day, **************** sent and email asking me to confirmed that I have received the ****** I stated to her that there's no FUNDS deposited or Pending in my account. This texting back and forth about my REFUND went on for days. Finally, I stated to **************** that I will be taking further actions because of the lack of Professionalism and communication. This is starting to cause me emotional distress because of the hindering that's causing me to complete the business at hand. Which may result in me being fined, whereas I cannot afford it because of **************** negligence and lack there of care and concern for the people whom she conducts business with. Lastly, **************** Stated to me that she does not need my "Pennies", last i checked a business thrive from the customers money.

    We hired MBM Team Permitting, LLC. to complete a total of 26 permits ($125 per permit) total cost $1950.00. Please note these projects were never completed by MBM Team. Aside from that, on 07/14/2022, MBM Team Permitting LLC. was provided with $2,969.30 to pay for a permit. The payment that was submitted to The **************** from MBM Team Permitting, LLC bounced. An insufficient fund was applied to this in the amount of $148.47. Our company is now out of $5,067.00. The invoices for $1950 can also be provided.

    This company was in charge of closing an expired permit on our property, that another contractor, AIR PROS, never closed. The county had already imposed fines and a violation against the property. On April 13, 2022 ***************************** president of MBM Team Permitting, LLC requested a payment for permit renewal fee to Miami-Dade County of $181.20 and a payment to settle the current violation of $510.00. After this payment they were supposed to schedule an inspections with the county and close the permit. To this day this has not happened yet and the permit is about to expire again. The county is already sending me new letter threatening us with a new penalty. Now she doesn't answer the phone and we are extremely worried with the situation. We can't be responsible for somebody else's unprofessional behavior.
