    Order #***** Sept. 28, 2024 ********* ********'s online transaction via ******** ad. I ordered 40 ct. of Pumpkin Spice gummies online on a ******** ad for the product. When the order arrived, it contained 2-15 ct. bags of the product. That's not what I ordered. I communicated with their support email the day I received the product and sent them a photo for confirmation of what I received per their request. We were communicating back and forth quickly within a *************************************************************************************** keep it. I responded give me a return shipping label to send it back or a partial refund for the product I didn't receive. Then crickets! Nothing. Communication over. This was their error and I don't feel it's my responsibility to pay to return the product, it's their's. They pulled a clear bait and switch with my order. I ordered 40 and they thought it was ok to send me 10 less. That's false advertising and bad business practice. Then while trying to resolve the issue with customer support, they don't like what I have to say and stop communicating with me. REALLY??? This is clearly unethical business practice and should not be tolerated by anyone anywhere. I'm not hard to please and will work with a business until you try and not deliver what you advertised in the ordering process. Clearly, this company thought it was ok to short customers 25% of the product ordered and that's ok. Uh, NO. Send me what I paid for and everything is good. Send me less, shame on you! For resolution, I expect them to give me a 25% refund for the product I didn't receive, or the 10 ct. of product I didn't receive, or a shipping label to return what I received and a full refund of the price I paid. That's not rocket science, just common sense and what most decent businesses would do to resolve the issue.Regards,******* ***** I can't attach copy of receipt, won't let me submit complaint.
