1 star**** replaced my roof in August of twenty twenty two. They installed what is called high wind impact shingles. Well, here we are in twenty twenty five and my roof already has a leak. I've called 3 different numbers on June eleventh twenty twenty five to ask about our warranty. The first time I called woman stated that the warranty on the work expired, however the manufacturer's warranty on the shingles hasn't. So then I asked her how much BTNH would charge for someone to come out and give me an estimate on the work as there is a leak. She told me she didn't know and that she would contact the "field person" and call me back. Here it is the sixteenth and I haven't heard a word. So I tried calling the number again and the automated voice said that the number was no longer in service. So I tried calling them with the number on their website, well someone answered and the call abruptly ended. So I called back thinking the call was dropped. Well after two more attempts, the phone would be picked up and then hung up. This is a PACE program roof in which I was charged over 25k for a roof replacement, no money down and the roof would be accessed on my property taxes which have jumped to two thousand five hundred bucks a year. Now we have a leaking roof, no phone number to contact to find out why my high wind resistant architectural shingles haven't held up or even to have someone come and evaluate as to why. **** seems like they have no contact number to rectify the situation. Funny how the first contact answered my questions, then a few days later the number is no longer in service. Three different number, two different recordings and hung up on twice. Terrible to prey on individuals who are in their late fifties who need a roof. I will follow up with this to my county and the various news agencies to let them know about this terrible service. Perhaps there is more than one customer that have had the same problem with BTNH roofing.

Our records show that your roof was completed and passed final inspection in September 2022. Per your agreement, the workmanship warranty was valid through September 15, 2023.
After receiving your inquiry, our team promptly assisted in connecting you with a third-party roofing technician for inspection. That inspection took place on June 19, 2025, and no workmanship issue was found with the original installation. At your request, we facilitated this connection to support you, even though your workmanship warranty had expired.
Regarding your concerns about reaching us: we have not changed our phone system or numbers, and we apologize if a technical issue caused any dropped calls. Our production team remains available at ************, and we welcome direct contact at any time.
You also mentioned the **** financing wed like to clarify that financing was handled through ***************, and your agreement, which includes financing terms and costs, was signed by you after a welcome call with them. **** does not control the closing costs, and we only receive a portion of the total amount financed based on the contract amount (which was less than 20k).
Since receiving your review, weve made multiple attempts to reach you by phone and text to follow up and ensure everything was handled properly, but we have not heard back. Were still here and willing to assist however we can.

Following our previous response, we were finally able to get in touch with **** by text after multiple attempts to reach her. We again offered our assistance, including looking into alternative options to help with the inspectioneven though her workmanship warranty expired in 2023.
However, the homeowner declined further help, stating dont bother. It's important to note that the inspection was never completed because she chose not to move forward with the third-party technician's $130 service fee, which she had previously agreed to. This fee was disclosed in advance and is a standard charge for out-of-warranty service.
We understand that home repairs can be frustrating, and we did everything we could to address this issue professionally, even outside of the warranty period. We remain available at ************ if **** changes her mind and would like to move forward with resolving the matter.Review fromIrma V

The team was incredibly professional, completing the work on time and with great attention to detail. The quality of the product is excellent, and my home looks amazing and feels much more secure right now. 1 star****,I had an A/C installed 1/2024. In May the inside temperature was 86. I call the company and was told they would service. They have never showed up. Had the finance company call never got back to me. On 10/28/2024 the finance company did a conference call with ******* she said you're still under warranty, I'll call back with an appointment.
