  Debt.com really came through for me when I had no idea what to do. Their site hooked me up with a legit debt management company that helped lower my interest rates and set up one simple monthly payment I could actually afford.   Thanks to Debt.com, I was finally able to find a great solution to get out of the debts that had been weighing on me and taking away my peace of mind. I called and spoke with a representative who gave me excellent guidance and clearly explained all the options available based on my debt amount and financial situation.   I cant say enough good things about Debt.com. I was overwhelmed by credit card debt and didnt know where to start. Their team was incredibly helpful from the first call they took the time to understand my situation, explained my options clearly, and matched me with a debt relief provider who helped create a realistic plan. Now, Im finally on the path to becoming debt-free!

  I contacted them to ask some questions about debt. They gave the typical call center script and then transferred me. What they didnt mention is that they were transferring me to another company entirely. The first time, I thought maybe something went wrong. I called back and specifically asked if I was being transferred to a Debt.com specialist. I was told "yes." But again, I was transferred to a third-party company.I dont usually have a problem with referrals, but in this case, when youre sharing very sensitive information, it matters. They should be more upfront about how the process worksand they definitely should not lie. It does matter.

That said, its clear that the explanation during the call transfer should have been handled more clearly.
