    The date of transaction was 02/02/2024. Fully promoted is an embroidery company. I ordered 4 logos printed on my 4 pieces of fabric. The charge was ****** $ . First off all the charged me twice . Second the terms were not fulfilled. They were supposed to finish it by 02/06/2024 . I got the call from their manager on 02/13/2024 that the order is ready . Upon my arrival I found out that my order is totally wrong. Not only the color or the thread they use were wrong ( instead of gold they used black ) but also it was unfinished and damaged . One of the pieces of fabric had a tear in it . I asked for my money back . The owner refused. He said that the only way he will give me mine back is through court . Over all terrible customer service , they did not even apologize.

    Hello,

    I did apologize to the customer. I tried to reiterate that I would repair the issue. I offered him a payment for the material. I asked him how much to replace the material. He said $40 for the product and $40 for rush shipping. I agreed to pay that amount by refunding said amount. Also remaking the product. The customer was immediately hostile and demanded I pay for his time and inconvenience fee. He was standing over me in a threatening posture. I asked him to backup and we could talk about it. He became more Irate and I asked him to leave the premisses. I was afraid he would become violent. I would have worked it out with him and I would have remade his order at no cost. He also came back into my business and started filming and making a scene. He was asked to leave and my staff called the police. He told me he was going off on me. I have been in this business for 15 years. It was not the first mistake we ever made and It will not be the last. We are a custom shop and very detailed with the orders. As I said before I would fix the issue. Also we did not charge him 2 times as is was a pending charge that would fall of in a day order two. Again I am still willing to fix the product with the $80 refund.
