Transaction date was 4/22/21 for remodeling kitchen, partially lifting ceiling, new termofoil cabinets, new tile, granite countertop and electrical upgrade. a downpayment of 8000 dollars was given. They did not present their application for permits to the city till the first week in July and then two weeks into starting job (August 4th kitchen demoed, and very bad tile job) they demand 1500 for electrical. After a heated meeting whereby, he tried to pull out of the deal and we called in our own tile man, the job continued with different subcontractors and concluded in October because i had to put a tap on the time. My 91-year mother was in the middle of this, Without a kitchen for a month and half. There was never anyone overseeing the work and their subcontractors turned out to be the most unprofessional leaving behind: roaches in the granite; the termofoil is peeling off the cabinets and the handles are falling of due to too short screws. That man *********************** is a total fraud and may not have been operating under someone else's liscense at the time. Because we did initiate the deal with his partner a year before.Atleast we would like the cabinet people to return and fix the cabinet. imagine Just the cabinets alone he quoted ****** and from the beginning it started falling apart: the drawers the handles and the thermofoil. When I spoke with them then they were having their own issues with *********** mother passed away a few months after and there was alot going on and I was away. But really think Vittorium Designs owes us the courtesy of repairing these cabinets. We never had roaches until that rotten granite counter was installed and had to spend hundreds to exterminate them.I admit we should have done more research, but i was told a kitchen so small should not have costed so much and the workmanship definitely does not match the price. They need to be exposed.

WE CERTANLY WORKED IN THAT PROJECT FOR KITCHEN REMODEL 3 YEARS AGO. WE WENT IN TO TOO MANY THINGS TO HAVE THIS PROJECT COMPLETED THAT I PREFER NOT TO MENTION AT THIS POINT

SHE CALLED ME BECAUSE A FEW DOORS ARE PEELING AND INMEDIATELY  AFTER THE CONVERSATION WE SET AN APPOITMENT AND WE SENT A ********* TO GO TO HIS HOUSE. THE PERSON WE SENT TO HER HOUSE IS IN THE SEARCH RIGHT NOW TO GET THE RIGHT COLOR FOR THE DOORS

SO HE CAN TAKE IT TO THE MANUFACTURER AND THE DOORS CAN BE MADE. IF THE DOORS ARE PEELING IS NOT MY FAULT BECAUSE I AM NOT A MANUFACTURER OF DOORS AND THERE ARE MANY REASONS WHY A DOOR CAN PEEL.

HOWEVER, WE SAID YES TO HER THAT WE WERE GOING TO REPLACE THE DOORS WITH OUR OWN MONEY NOT LOOKING FOR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. I DO NOT KNOW WHY SHE IS MAKING THIS COMPLAINT IF WE ARE WORKING WITH HER TO GET THE DOORS BACK TO HER KITCHEN.

WE HAVE COMMUNICATION WITH HER ANYTIME SHE CALL OR SEND TEXT MESSAGES AND I HAVE THE ****** AGAIN I DO NOT KNOW WHY SHE IS MAKING THIS COMPLAINT IF WE HAVE THE BEST INTEREST TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION.
