    May 15, 2024. Hired Iron work design LLC to install a fence. Company took half payment of $3350 to start. Total for parts and labor was $6700. Was to remove old fence, take away trash and install new metal fence. Total fence length is 210 linear feet. Less than half was done and trash was left behind. For 5 months I keep getting told I will get a call back. When I get a text its an apology for not replying and excuses about personal life. I have a contract with said company. I am looking for a resolution. I have all the text messages in relation to the transaction from date of estimate until present day.

    I paid this contractor $5000.00 in June 2022 as a deposit for a fence. After many excuses, he installed the framework in June 2023, but never came back to finish the job. Code Enforcement is now involved as he did not obtain the required permit. I discovered recently he is not licensed to install fences and cannot obtain a permit.
