    ******** C took 5 days longer than the time in the agreement to process our application. In that time we lost the opportunity to apply to several other properties. They rejected our application on false claims that we didnt match the selection criteria, and to top it off, she refused to refund the $200 we paid for the application. If this company operates like Ms. ******** C does it should have a much lower rating than it does on BBB at the moment of writing. ** recommend to stay away from this company.
