    I arrived at my apartment 901 on June 13th. The living room ceiling was wet enough to pool water on the floor. I took photos on June 13th. I informed Condominium president and condominium property management company Sunrise more than four times with photos. I received no replies. I received email from rainbow roofing on June 25th. I have replied four times with photos without any replies. Two men and Condominium president came to look at my apartment ceiling on July 8th. My apartment living room ceiling looked dry and a large water stain remains on my apartment living room ceiling and needs to be decorated. I have no replies to emails and photos sent many times to rainbow roofing and sunrise Condominium property management. The living room ceiling of my apartment needs decorating at no cost to me. I have tried to report this on Broward county request for service complaints form however the form requires so much information that I don't know the answers because the questions are written as if I employed rainbow roofing myself. The ***************** and/or sunrise Condominium property management employed rainbow roofing to repair or replace the condominium roof.     Our apologies for the misunderstanding regarding the water leak in your unit and damage to your ceiling.

    It appears when our inspection was conducted, the ceiling was dry and there was no evidence of water staining which is most unusual after a roof leak.

    Consequently we concluded that the water intrusion was from an air conditioner leak which is not the roofers responsibility but after viewing the pictures attached to your compliant it is clear that the leak was roof related.

    We called and left a voice message for you this morning requesting a callback to arrange an appointment for ceiling repair and painting.

    Hello BBB thank you for your reply and for rainbow roofing reply. I know my wet apartment ceiling on June 13th was from roofing repairs and I took photos straight away. I'm sorry I missed rainbow roofing calls this because my phone number is WiFi connected only NO SIM CARD. No WiFi no connection. Also my WiFi number blocks incoming texts and voicemail. I will visit rainbow roofing in person at their address ****************************************. Also I have complained to Sunrise Condominium property management many times without any contact or apologies and this is very poor I will also visit sunrise Condominium property management in person on the same day at ***************************************. Also I complained to Rainbow roofing many times before contacting BBB for help. Rainbow roofing should have treated my complaint to them straight away. I do not lie my photos clearly show water leaking from the roof in to my apartment ceiling and this is unacceptable after all the fees I pay monthly for condominium property management. Please inform rainbow roofing of my visit to the premises.     I *************************** has NOT rejected my apartment ceiling repair from rainbow roofing. My phone number is not a real sim card and voicemail and texts are blocked my number only works with strong wifi . I have to visit rainbow roofing office in person to discuss wet ceiling repair. After my visit to Rainbow roofing office in person on Tuesday Rainbow roofing made an appointment on Thursday morning for painting of my apartment living room ceiling at ********** Condominium apartment **********************************************. Painting was done as arranged by Rainbow roofing. See attached photos of living room ceiling. Thank you ************************;
