I am a mostly deaf diabetic eldery woman with a broken arm and and fractured back after a car wreck due to my sugar being low. They towed my car without my consent while I was in the hospital.I then went there to get my $1500 hearing aids from my truck and they refused to let me see my truck because my brother is the owner, despite the insurance saying both him and I are on the truck, and the police report stating my name was in the car wreck. My brother is also deceased.My insurance company is going to pick up the truck in a day, so it doesn't benefit them at all to disallow me the ability to get my hearing aids.I am well below the poverty level, eldery, and have a broken arm and fractured back and this company looked for any reason to hold my car hostage and not allow me to get my $1500 hearing aids out of it.This company is terrible.

First I would like to say I hope you you are recovering and on the mend from your vehicle accident. I do apologize for the inconvenience you have gone through. What you are telling me is your driving a vehicle that is registered to a deceased family member? We always require the owners permission to retrieve items or personal belongings from an impounded vehicle. It does become a problem when you do not have proper paperwork that you are an authorized operator of the vehicle.
Do you remember the persons name that you dealt with when you attempted to get your belongings? Can you give me the day it was towed and the year make model so I can look it up in our system? I want to be able to help a little more if possible just need an little more info.

1 starIve Been Trying to Contact Someone from the *************** for almost a year Ive been calling non - stop for the last month and leaving voicemails. I called and ask for the Manager and was given the runaround by a male and female employees first he was in a meeting then he was no longer on property within 3 minutes. I asked for the managers Name and contact was once again put on hold. So I went online looked up the Managers name **************************** and called back A Superior Towing in Davie asked for him by name At which point I was put on hold then they terminated the call while I was waiting
