    I was told by the merchant that prior to coming to my home, the labor would be 30.00 per hour. I was told the estimated amount of time for the labor is 1 to 2 hours. When the merchant came, they stated the cost would be 440.00. I telephoned their supervisor, who stated that the person who told me the cost was 30.00 a hour was new to the company and misquoted. I was told by the supervisor that they wouldn't charge me their 79.00 diagnostic cost due to the mistake on their part. I wouldn't have used this merchant if I had been given a quote of 440.00 and not had them to come to my house. I feel that I was a victim of bait and switch. They baited me with a lower cost and switched the cost later. After checking my bank account statement, I discovered that the merchant charged my account for the 79.00 after I was told that I wouldn't be charged. I did not do business with this merchant because I feel that they are dishonest.
