    I have recently purchased a pair of ****** shoes from bowling ********. I've ordered many things from this company and rarely had an issue until this *********** bowling experience dates back to 1981. I have never purchased a pair of bowling shoes that did not come in a box.With the add-ons, my purchase came to over $250 for a pair of SST 6 Hybrid Boas.These shoes arrived, stuffed in a ***** plastic bag with only 1 shoe cover.Completely unacceptable for the amount of money spent.I left them a review of 3 stars which they have refused to post on their site. No wonder they have high ratings, they sensor or cherry-pick customer reviews.***** *****

    If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible company with terrible customer service. Stated shoes that were brand new returned were used. Would never order from again and would never recommend to order from. Save your money.

    I would satay away from purchasing from Bowlingball.com.. Misleading on everything! The looks of the ball, how long it takes to get it, the quality control, and the customer service is terrible! And it winds up costing you more after all the costs than if you bought it elsewhere! Live and learn!

    This company has the worst customer service and returns policy of any place I've ever seen. Had a problem, contacted them twice, no response at all. Stay away!

    I ordered a pair of Dexter bowling shoes in 9.5 wide. The shoes arrived in a plastic bag ? OK I guess, but shoes usually come in a box. I tried one on and could barely my foot in. These shoes weren't off by a smidge or just slightly tight, but WAY off the size. To call these a 9.5 wide was very misleading. I go to start a return and learn of all the fees to return an item, pay shipping plus a restocking fee of 15% ? Seriously ? I filled out the form and still have not heard a thing back, not even an acknowledgement of "hey we got your request" and that was at least 5 days ago.
    I also learned of some kind en-sure fit guarantee that I could of paid more money for. So terrible customer service is free, but for better terms, you have to pay money ? No thanks. To anyone who is reading this,, please,,, shop elsewhere. There are SO MANY great establishments that will serve you better.
    So to end the story, I found a pair of Lind's on ***** from a pro-shop in a bowling alley. They were AWESOME! Competitive pricing, SUPER FAST shipping and the shoes fit perfect:) Like I said, there are better alternatives out there. Thank you for reading this.
