    It was royal tinting but now it's 5 star window tinting. Even though if you look it up on ****** or online it will say both business's are open at same address. Really bad experience! They hand cut the tint even though they said it was computer cut. All the windows had issues when they was done. Stunk like skunk and I asked if they was smoking pot because it was strong in there and that's what the issue was the next day we brought it back. When we took it back they started saying we were racist. Now they are saying we called them pot heads and druggies but I said noooo we just wanted to make sure the person doing our windows is coherent. The boss said we don't smoke that in here. Then follows up with we have medical cards, five minutes later into the conversation. Cussing my husband and I out saying derogatory things to us. When they went to redo one window and when it was done it had more holes around the edge than before AND was a different tint than the other windows. Well then the roll of tint rolled off my car and down the drive so he threw it away and said he couldn't fix the other window he messed up cause he ran out of tint. So he free handed and cut the tint lower on the window saying there that will be fine. I wasn't happy about it and the boss said bring it back Monday. Well, today is Monday and I go back and he's got about ten people in there saying he's not around even though I looked right at him. They started cussing me out and yelling over to my husband who was in the car, nasty stuff. Wouldn't let me in the building standing in the doorway. We took it to another company that tints and they said they've never seen a job that bad! They brought out another worker that was just as shocked at the work they did. Very unprofessional & they have a lot of buddies just sitting around causing trouble with customers . They left a razor on the seat that I seen when my husband got out of the car. Their customer cussed me saying your not getting the window redone
