    So we decided to use Stable Path Housing to find us a rental unit because we are new to the US & only been out here going on 2 years and they were very prompt with returning calls and responding to emails. So we went through the whole application process, pre-approval process and then the final payment process to secure the housing. After finding a place they sent the lease agreement and invoice. The Invoice was signed on July 15, 2024. The date of transaction was done on July 15, 2024. The amount that was paid to Servo Corp, LLC dba Stable Path Housing was $3,520.00 for first months rent and security deposit for a rental unit at ***************************************************, in which we signed a lease agreement with. We've been in contact with our Caseworker ****** ******* up until Sept 5 stating he got my email and he was supposed to get back to us in a day or two. Well we hadn't heard from him for about 3 days, so we emailed and emailed again, but was getting no response. Well we got a return email response from a ****** ******** who is the Client Relations Review Manager who stated they were facing an issue with the property and was working to resolve the matter and have a definitive update within 48 hours. Well we hadn't heard from anyone for a week after that so we decided to email once again, and now no one will get back to us or respond to our emails. We've also tried to call our caseworker on his cell phone that was provided to us but no one answers the call and it goes to Voicemail. We saw an ad for this company while searching for homes. I've also tried to contact their support page that's listed on their website, but we still haven't got a phone call back or a reponse to our email. We've sent a request for a refund but still haven't heard anything back either.

    So the invoice shows Delaware but the Lease Agreement shows Florida address. Who should I file a complaint with?

    So they Lease agreement that we provided has a Florida address. We've filed with ******** who stated they've forwared the request to Florida.

    We've forwarded the complaint to ******** who also got back to me and stated on the Lease Agreement, the address is Florida and they've forwarded the complaint to Florida .

    I have a phone number for a ****** ******* who is a Case Worker with Stable Path Housing. His cell # is ************. I've tried calling and leaving voice mails for a return call, but unfortunetely we get no response back from anyone.
