    A Plus appliance company came to my house without diagnosing my washer first. They just told me by phone that they were ordering parts that they knew what the problem was and would call me before coming out. They did not call, they just showed up. I had to be the first one to reach out to them in the beginning. A day or two later, some guy did return my call on a Sunday and he said he meant to call me, but he forgot. And that his son had a ball game and he wasn't going to miss his game for anyone- which is poor business. I couldn't believe what I heard. When they finally did arrive, without calling or any form of communication they just showed up with quote parts. They claimed they fixed the problem. The washer got even worse when I attempted to do another load. I began calling the company MULTIPLE times, left voice messages, etc. No one would have the decency to return my calls. The washer somehow spread a water flow, that went throughout my home. I called this company more than a dozen times. No one responded, no call, no text, no anything. I don't want anyone else to go through what I'm going through. Let it be known, that this company never calls you back nor answer your calls and the so-called job is still undone. I am angry and furious. What kind of business does customers like this?
