  I’ve been a client of Viral Vamp for over 1 year now and the experience since getting going has been wonderful. They connected me with two solid brands and I’ve been able to see a steady increase in my store’s performance month over month. My attention from my assigned account rep(s) has been great, we have bi-weekly calls and review any questions or concerns I have. I’m excited to see what the future years will bring as we continue to grow.

  Viral Vamp was everything they said it would be. I am growing my ****** business steadily and am very happy with the support and communication every step of the way. Sales grow continuously.Onboarding was a breeze. They said it would take 12 weeks, but only took 8 weeks. Highly recommend starting a partnership with Viral Vamp.

  As they promised, it takes a while for the store to gain momentum. They told me it would take 6 months to see any real movement, and after going through the process, it honestly felt like it could've been done in a month, but they did exactly what they promised. Happy with their teams overall communication. They always respond to emails same-day, and if you need to speak with someone, it usually takes 1-2 days. The store is fully managed though, so I have only needed to talk to someone once in the past year ********** store is averaging ~10% return on investment every 60 days, which is 6x the stock market, with plenty of room for improvement. The only issues I've had is on product turnover. There has consistently been a gap in sales between product re-orders. I'll make great money when product is on the shelves, then I'll sit around with nothing happening for 3-weeks. I've brought this up every time, but after 3 cycles, it hasn't changed. They did give me a new account manager last week though, so I'm optimistic. Even if it continued the same, I would say this has been a good investment. I only give 4 stars because there's a clear opportunity for improvement: order the next round of products on time!

  The setup process was very easy and went as explained. I was hesitant at first after reading other online reviews about companies that do this work, but this is legit. Communication is always very quick and they answer any questions you may have along the process. Product sales were slow to begin with, but have steadily been ramping up. Same with the profit margins. Im going on month 5 now with my store in operation and things are running very smooth. Overall I would highly recommend. They make it clear from the start that its not a get rich quick scheme. It takes time and patience, but in the long run its worth it. Im very happy I chose Viral Vamp. If youre on the fence about buying into this type of business based on negative reviews youve read online, just know you wont have that experience with the Viral Vamp team.

  I paid Viral Vamp $30,000 over six months ago with the promise that they would build and deliver a fully operational e-commerce store as part of a business opportunity. Since making the payment, I have received no store, no tangible progress, and no real updates. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, I’ve only been given vague excuses and runarounds.
  I believe I was misled and taken advantage of by this company. They have not fulfilled the services they promised, nor have they provided any clear timeline or accountability. At this point, it feels like a scam, and I want a full refund.
  
  Resolution Sought: I am requesting a full refund of the $30,000 paid, and I urge the BBB to investigate this company’s business practices to protect others from going through the same experience.

  My experience has been spectacular!
  Jumping into the business of e-commerce on Amazon from my background as a pharmacist was met with learning curves of logistics, marketing, and product selection but Viral Vamp has made it so simple. They truly take care of me and my store allowing me to have ownership while also having time by not worrying about the day-to-day tasks of it.
  From the start, Viral Vamp has been there helping me apply for my business and setting it up to run with success. We picked out my first product together and revenue is flowing. Viral Vamp has been there to answer all my questions when needed within a day or the occasional two making me feel like I am a priority which I appreciate. The investment was a huge leap of faith for me, but the Vamp team was there to help me with my concerns and guide me through the hurdles. I am grateful I leaped. My store is performing better than I could imagine and is on track to make my investment more than worth it in excellent time. I am grateful for the team and their work in making my store a success!

  I had an overwhelmingly positive experience working with Brady and the team at Viral Vamp. I was searching for a reliable way to supplement our income with passive earnings, and Viral Vamp stood out from the competition. They provided us with the perfect avenue to achieve this, delivering a steady stream of passive income.
  
  Although there was a period of silence after onboarding, which made me a bit nervous, Reagan, my account manager, stepped in to address my concerns. She patiently explained the process and clarified the milestones to expect, which helped put my mind at ease.
  
  Overall, I’m very pleased with the experience so far. The investment has proven to be worthwhile. Viral Vamp’s consistency, transparency, and mode of operation have truly been impressive.

  With the thought of earning a passive income and after talking with Griffen who sounded genuine and trust worthy, I took a leap of faith with some extra funds that i had saved to start the Amazon shop with Viral Vamp not knowing anything about it but the experience has been phenomenon, starting from onboarding where Ana was very helpful and provided step by step SOP which was really easy to follow with clear instructions. The initial start up for a newbe is slow with LLC creation, mailbox set up , cards etc and Viral Vamp has been very patient, guiding you in ever step. Whitney and Rimma who manage my Shop also have been very responsive and addressing every concern for the FBM store and are committed to increase sales..I would want to start another store next year with the experience i have had so far.
